I miss you Mum and always will
You were the best a Mum could be.
I wish that I could kiss your face
And hold you close to me.

I think about you often
And at times it makes me cry.
I think of all those happy times
From all the years gone by.

I thank you for your kindness
Which was there for all to see.
I love you more than life itself,,
You were always there for me.

There will never be another
Who will love me more than you,
And no one can replace you
for I cherished our love too.

I pray that you are happy
And you’re free from harm and pain.
I pray you’re reunited
With your loved ones once again.

I pray you’ll come and visit
when I need you by my side.

To comfort me and guide.

To protect and oversee.
To be there like no other,
To love and comfort me.
